MUD\WTR aims to replace your coffee with goodness and a healthier line of energy and focus. But is it a realistic replacement to our favorite brew and can it offer even more? Here’s my honest MUD\WTR review.

Whether you’re new to mushroom coffees or already like to drink them to kickstart your day, it’s likely MUD\WTR comes up in your search. This is because it’s a mushroom coffee that’s marketed perfectly for its niche, and gaining a lot of attention in the wellness industry.

But is this just a glossy fascia, or is MUD\WTR really the perfect caffeine boost with all the health claims without the crash?

This coffee alternative is loaded with a blend of organic ingredients that claim that every cup of mud will give us more energy, improved focus, and health benefits, all without the low negatives of caffeine. Those disastrous slumps that destroy our afternoons. Sounds good, but can we really go without our coffee and replace with something called Mud Water?

I love my coffee. The problem is, I need to chase it up with another cup to avoid a crash.

So I was excited and very keen to try MUD/WTR – could it replace my love for traditional coffee? Could this trending coffee really become a daily ritual for me, and give me the focus and energy I need for high productivity?

I’ve made it my mission to find out as I’ve been testing it for the last 4 weeks, reviewing its taste, benefits, and overall value compared to traditional coffee, as well as against other mushroom coffees such as the popular Ryze Coffee. Here’s my honest verdict…

Quick Verdict

Mud WTR is a coffee substitute that’s filled with a blend of organic ingredients like organic masala chai spices, cacao, and mushrooms, providing helpful levels of energy and focus.

Its Ayurvedic herbs and adaptogens like turmeric, ginger, and black pepper work on boosting our immunity, reducing stress, and improving general wellbeing.

It contains substantially reduced caffeine content at only around 35mg per serving, compared to an average of 95mg in a regular cup of coffee, meaning stable energy levels and alertness without jitters and energy slumps.

It tastes great – not exactly like coffee, but like a cinnamon-rich mocha flavor with hints of ginger and an earthy aftertaste – I was impressed.

Despite its distinctive earthy aftertaste and higher price point compared to average coffee drinks, MUD\WTR stands out as a healthier lifestyle shift that promotes holistic wellness.
