Your personal data is stored and processed by Active Campaign and Pipeline Management Software, both located in the US. Active campaign and Pipedrive Management Software are under the EU-U.S. privacy shield framework.

We only store and process your data for as long as is necessary to provide the services, and we delete it after 3 years.

 

Your rights

 
Access, correction, deletion

At your request, we will have any reference to you deleted in our database.

You may update, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us at info@soma-analytics.com. Any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within 30 days.

At any time, you may object to the processing of your Personal Data, on legitimate grounds, except if otherwise permitted by applicable law. If you believe your right to privacy granted by applicable data protection laws has been infringed upon, please contact our Data Protection Officer at support@soma-analytics.com. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with data protection authorities.

 

Data breaches

In case of data breach, if we believe that your data has been affected and could be used in a detrimental way, we will inform you within 72 hours.

 

Navigation Information

You may opt out from the collection of navigation information about your visit to the site by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out feature.

The use of Soma Analytics products and services by minors

 
An individual must be 16 years of age to sign up as a registered user of our products and services. Individuals under the age of 16 may use our products and services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, under such person’s account and otherwise subject to these Terms.
